Our client is a very highly regarded food manufacturer with a big location in the Little Rock area (relocation is provided) that is seeking a Plant Manager run all aspects of a 275 to 500 person manufacturing operation. A strong base salary in the $180K to $210K is likely plus bonus, world class benefits, relocation, and continued career advancement opportunities are all part of the deal.
